When you chase money, you are doing exactly that: just chasing money. The money runs away from you, you continue to chase it endlessly, and the money never comes to you.
Perhaps, a wiser way is to wait for the money to come to you. Sometimes sure opportunities just fall into your lap. Those are the ones you want to focus on. Stick with only what you know.
